Thanksgiving Is Going to Look a Little Different This Year

Despite current events, the pandemic, hurricanes still churning past the official "season", fires and other tragedies this year, believe it or not, I have quite a bit to be grateful for. And isn't that what gets us through the challenging times? Finding gratitude in the little, insignificant places? We've had to look a little harder and dig a little deeper, for certain, but I'm sure even in these times, we've been able to find some peace. We don't have big plans this year to be with family or friends, or travel. We've gotten pretty comfy in our home, and that's fine. I'll cook a feast because - well, it's what I do.

I'm so grateful to be building this wonderful community of people who want to invest in themselves and are making some healthy changes. And I'm thrilled that you're making them last! As a current student at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I am laser-focused on earning my certificate as a Certified Holistic Health Coach. I'm midway through, so I've officially added "CHHC" to my title. It goes above and beyond the scope of Whole30 with nutrition and other lifestyle changes. I would love the opportunity to tell you more about it!

Finally, I compiled the recipes from my Paleo Thanksgiving Prep series into my first Ebook. it’s now available on the Apple Book Store. Just click the button below to be taken to the store for purchase. Let me know if you try any of these recipes. I promise you'll be satisfied with how flavorful they are. (You don't have to tell anyone they're healthy.) Wherever you are and  whatever you do, have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

xoxo,

-t
