And now . . . the bundt cake!  I feel like that is the perfect caption for this old family photo. It's my aunts and my Yiayia (grandmother, in Greek, second from left) all doing what they usually did. Cooking and dishing.

Traditional Greek cuisine was a big part of growing up in a big fat Greek family. I learned how to cook from my mom and relatives, and worked in commercial kitchens as a pastry chef. After being diagnosed with an auto-immune condition, I changed everything to a paleo lifestyle and thought about other aspects of my life that needed a little "cleaning up".  I re-created many of my traditional recipes with paleo-compliant ingredients, and my blog, 
Living Delish & Nutrish was born. I discovered Beautycounter skincare and cosmetics. High-performing products made with safe ingredients, and so many other products that I believe are exceptional quality from companies who are passionate about their brands and missions. I earned the Whole30 Coach Certification, and I'm sharing recipes, tips, techniques and other fun facts. Watch for my Cooking Live segments on Facebook. And now, the first issue of my newsletter.
