CARROT SPICE OVERNIGHT N’OATS
Reminiscent of carrot cake, this take on chia pudding combines a healthy selection of nuts and seeds for a healthy breakfast without oats or grains. This recipe is based on my Pumpkin Porridge recipe that I posted a couple of years ago, along with my Cinnamon Apple Overnight N’Oats. Allowing the liquid to be absorbed by the seeds and nuts overnight in the fridge eliminates the need for cooking. You don’t have to add the protein powder but if you’re plant-based, I like to recommend adding some extra protein to your first-morning meal. Comment below if you try it, I love your feedback!
