GRAIN-FREE FLOUR BLEND
When I bake with grain-free flours I usually combine each individual flour separately. Some recipes you’ll find on the internet might say “grain-free flour blend” or “paleo flour blend” but don’t specify individual ingredients. Some may have coconut flour, while some may have potato starch.
I like this blend for the Lagana Greek Lenten bread. It kept the dough soft and developed a nice crust. However until I do more testing, I would not recommend substituting this flour blend for the combination of flours in my baking recipes. Follow them as they are written. But if you already have these ingredients and don’t want to shell out a lot of money on a name-brand paleo blend, you might want to give this a try!
