Tostones Hash Browns

This is a no-recipe recipe! Simple technique to take a vegetable that some people don’t consider - especially for breakfast! I love tostones but who has time to peel, cut, fry, smash and fry again? Simply shred a green plantain and fry flattened scoops in coconut oil. That’s it! Make a bunch because they’re perfect to reheat and eat! Here’s a quick video to show you how!
