Simple Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice

This is so simple it doesn't require a recipe. It's a delicious side dish for almost anything.

If you purchase the Whole Foods 365 brand of Cauliflower frozen rice, you follow the microwave instructions, (5-6 minutes in the bag), then cut the bag open and dump it into a bowl. I add 1/2 lime per bag of rice, season with salt and pepper to your liking and sprinkle some chopped cilantro on top before serving.

This is a delicious base for any of the "bowl" recipes as well. Or stir it into a soup as an extra veggie. 

For an Asian flavor, heat in a skillet, then pour on some Far Out Far East Sauce. Add more chopped veggies and make it a stir fry.
