MOLASSES BROWNIES
Molasses is a super-food, and this lower-glycemic snack packs a nutrient-dense punch. The texture is almost fudgy, and you can add any inclusions you like. I added some clean label chocolate pieces. I think it would be delicious with walnuts (classic brownie) pistachios or almonds. They’re just sweet enough with that distinctive molasses flavor. It’s a bit unusual but I think it will become a staple in your paleo baking. Save this recipe and comment below if you try it!
