Far Out Far East Sauce

A little riff off one of my heroes, Nom Nom Paleo. Make a jar and keep it in your fridge. It’s an excellent stir-fry, simmer and marinade.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut aminos
  • ½ cup pineapple juice (with no added sugar)
  • 1 cup chicken bone broth
  • ¼ cup Red Boat fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons dried onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons Chinese Five Spice Powder

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a jar and shake to combine. Keep in the refrigerator for a quick Asian-style sauté sauce.
